Directed by Jonathan Ogilvie (The Tender Hook), Lone Wolf is an innovative adaptation of Joseph Conrad’s novel The Secret Agent and stars Hugo Weaving alongside Tilda Cobham-Hervey.  The film was selected for the 2022 Adelaide Film Festival.

Set in contemporary Melbourne, throughout the film we observe - through various modes of surveillance - an overprotective young woman, Winnie (Cobham-Hervey), and her disabled brother, Stevie (Chris Bunton), caught in a web of intrigue involving a bomb plot, inept anarchists, ambitious police and a corrupt politician. The duplicity of Winnie’s boyfriend, Conrad Verloc (Josh McConville) - political activist and police informant –propels these siblings down a deadly path. Conspiracy is exposed via the surveillance collected, compiled and presented by Special Crimes Sergeant Kylie Heat (Dianna Glenn).

“With facial recognition in retail stores, spyware on smartphones and cameras concealed everywhere, a skilled investigator will compile a day of your life into a film” - Jonathan Ogilvie.
